1. Choose a name, race, and homeworld. Currently, I'm banning Hanar, Elcor, Geth, Collectors, sentient Varren, Shepard clones, surviving Protheans, Leviathans, Ardat-Yakshi, blood mages, Sith Lords, Faceless Men, and anything that makes me question your ability to access Google.
2. There are three core character stats. These are Combat, Biotic, and Tech. You will be given SIX points to split between them in whatever fashion you please. There is no limit or minimum to how many points should go in each stat. You will NOT earn extra core points through gameplay, so choose wisely. This is the backbone of your character build. Note that these stats also play a role in noncombat interactions.

3. For every Combat point you selected, you may choose proficiency with one of the weapons and a Combat skill. Note some skills require a a certain Core Combat level.

4. Create your backstory. I'm going to assume all of you know your lore and aren't going try to slip a Salarian Battlemaster past me. Make sure your race, background, and skillset match.
5. Choose a single perk. Some are limited by race and backstory. Perks can be gained through gameplay. Feel free to experiment, create, and discuss with me possible new perks at character creation if the below list seems lacking.
Merc Veteran: You have been in the trade long enough to call upon old friends looking for a quick job.
Space Cop: Your prior time in law enforcement gives you an easy understanding of their procedures. You also have a few favors waiting on (Choose a planet/station).
STG Veteran: Your time in Salarian intel has left you with access to a few highly classified files.
Military Family: You come from a prestigious line of warrior/soldiers/Varren bait. Your name carries weight in certain areas of the galaxy.
Battlemaster: You have an old krannt somewhere itching to shed someone else's blood in memory of your old adventures.
Shadow Broker Agent: You have ties to a very powerful information broker, whose agents are everywhere.
Asari Commando: Your biotic abilities have been honed to a peak condition aliens can only marvel at. (Your biotic abilities have much higher bonuses in combat.)
Cerberus Agent: You have ties to a human survivalist organization currently considered a terrorist group by the Council.
N6 Graduate: You may not be the best of the best, but you're still the best. (All abilities receive minor bonuses.)
